Our pieces are To The Trade. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. You can call or email your orders or fax to 1.919.400.4381. The studio is not open to the public.
As products are featured, we are unable to forecast the popularity of any one particular item. Since our pieces are each handmade to order, we have a minimal amount on-hand. Lead time is usually 12-14 weeks, but we are happy to try to accommodate your installation. Just send us a wish list of your ship dates, even if you need something next week. We try our best to accommodate all requests.
Each piece is created to order by Tommy and a small group of artisans in the US. Please understand that our pieces are created individually and there will slight differences in each piece and patina, etc. Each item is a signed work of art, and differences and imperfections are to be expected.
50% deposit required to commence order and some conditions require 100%. Your order is created especially for you, and no cancellations or refunds are permitted. Balance due at shipment.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Our standard United States shipping carrier is UPS and Yellow Freight. The shipping and handling charge is between 15% and 18% of order total, depending on item(s) and location. International shipping quotes available upon request.
